Updating a kitchen stuck in the 80s was a rewarding challenge. This remodel enhanced design and functionality, a modern space for cooking and entertaining. With sleek finishes smart layouts, the new kitchen blends style and perfectly.

Suprisingly the original owners had only built a circular staircase to access the 2nd floor of this home with a bedroom, bathroom, wet bar & plenty of living room.  New owners couldnt get furniture to the second floor without hoisting it but they also had 2 small children who will eventually sleep on 2nd floor.

Here we actually finished a good portion of the basement, with a impressive bar, gaming area and nice finishes, this was the full bathroom we added as well.  No rough plumbing was present so we did have to cut concrete and bring everything tothe location but no major issues.

Owners wanted a larger more glamorous bathroom which required combining the bath & closet, reworking plumbing, electrical, HVAC & repairing some subfloor.  Otherwise a smooth and succesful project.
