About Suburban Construction
Our Journey
Owner & Founder Brian Perrino has been invovled in construction since the age of five, when his father created what would become a succesful home building business that has spanned decades. Brian says "It's quite simple really, I love everything about the industry, the smell of wet saw dust on a spring morning, discussing the start of a new project. I enjoy the art of solving complex issues within a team environment, we have some of the best at what they do throughout the organization. Most builders would call me a liar, but I also enjoy working with each home-owner, the challenge of making sure we find their vision, match it to a budget & build it just the way they see it is a rewarding process. Building a quality product is a given, being able to do it more effciently, determining the most cost effective approach while the process is smooth, customer oriented and we constantly improve then I'm having fun.
